This has a high-pressure jet that allows fluid to be dispersed under minimal trauma and allows breakdown of the fat and subsequent removal. The purified fat once filtered is then injected into the breast. For women with larger diameter chests larger volumes may be required to give a perceptual increase in volume and patients need to be aware of the limitations of fat transfer. This lady wished to increase overall volume but also wished to increase the upper fullness. She is very happy with the results and has no plans to increase her breasts further.
