This lady wished to decrease the heaviness of his upper eyelids. She felt that this interfered with her vision and he got tired in the evenings. Removal of the excess skin alongside some of the muscle and recreating the fold has improved not only her symptoms but improved the aesthetic appearance.
The results are shown at 2 years and these have led to an improvement in the appearance of his periorbital region.
