This lady wished to elevate her nipples and increase volume. The options include a one stage or two stage technique. An augmentation only in this scenario would not give a good aesthetic result as the nipples sit lower than the breast fold preoperatively. Combining the two techniques is possible but has some limitations especially related to size. The larger volume patients wish to be the more chance of wound problems and healing problems. The results are taken at 3 months and the scars will continue to improve over the coming months.
