This lady has lost weight and has seen a droop of her breast down her chest wall. The footprint is low and the nipples sit a long distance from the aesthetic ideal. She did not wish to undergo a large increase in size and she was torn between undergo a mastopexy implant procedure, a mastopexy and autologous fat transfer. A breast augmentation alone  would not have given a good result. This lady chose to have a breast augmentation alongside a mastopexy or breast lift in combination. This mastopexy implant procedure gives a more reliable volume than autologous fat transfer and this lady is very happy with the final result. The results are shown at 6 weeks and the scars still need time to settle. It can take 12-18 months for the scars to completely fade and all the sensation to return and massage is important at this stage to aid recovery.

He has successfully revalidated and “cosmetic surgery” is an established part of his scope of practice.
