Mr Ross believes that patient safety is of principal importance and must be protected at all times. With a dedicated team working solely through one dedicated hospital (with ITU facilities) he can provide the optimal quality of care every patient deserves.
Anaesthetist – Dr Phil Haji-Michael
Dr Haji-Michael has been a NHS Consultant Anaesthetist in Manchester for over 10 years. He is currently a consultant in Anaesthesia and Critical Care at the Christie Foundation Trust in Manchester, specialising in anaesthesia for plastic reconstructive surgery including head and neck and breast surgery.
He has helped design and build, staff and organize a novel hospital-wide critical care service for the Christie 250-bed specialist cancer hospital including an eight-bed specialist Oncological Critical Care Unit and currently chairs the local research ethics committee.
Practice Manager - Pam Glass
Pam is Mr Ross’s Practice Manager and has been working as practice manager, personal assistant and medical secretary for over 20 years. She handles the adminstration, accounting, financial issues, marketing and leads and supervises the other team members.
Personal Assistants - Francesca and Sarah
Francesca and Sarah deal with general enquiries, provide information on procedures and costs, and arrange surgery dates and booking of hospitals.
