Autolgous Fat Transfer Case Study 20

Mr Ross’s uses water assisted liposuction or body jet liposuction to remove fat. This has a high-pressure jet that allows fluid to be dispersed under minimal trauma and allows breakdown of the fat and subsequent removal. The purified fat once filtered is then injected into the breast. This lady wished to increase overall volume but also wished to increase the upper fullness. Ideally this lady would require a mastopexy or a lift in combination but this is not something she wished to have. It is always possible to lift the breast and the nipple at a later date and this lady was very happy with the results of her fat transfer.

She is very happy with the results and has no plans to increase her breasts further.

When considering autologous fat transfer or fat grafting it is important to consider all the various breast rejuvenation techniques which include breast augmentation with implants and breast lift with fat/implants, breast lift alone.

At a consultation, it is important to run through all the pros and cons and the various options of breast rejuvenation surgery so that you can be empowered to proceed. Mr Ross will show you various preoperative and postoperative results so that you can understand what can be achieved and what is to be expected. Mr Ross uses biodimensional planning, 3D software and virtual reality to help you through your journey and there is no limit to the number of consultations required prior to surgery.
