Breast Augmentation Case Study 129

Increasingly women are looking to achieve a natural look following breast augmentation. This lady wished to have a very subtle increase but remain natural. She wished to have anatomical implants to give the most natural shape. These provide a slope to the upper pole to prevent palpability in the upper part. In this case low height implants have been used to minimise the chance of palpability. Implants should me designed to fit the width of the chest and this lady has had the smallest anatomical implants that can fit her chest. Implants under 200cc as in this case can still give a good result and certainly the risks and complications of using smaller implants is less than larger implants.
